“Diets don’t let you eat food, you only get
to eat what food eats.”

Greg told me this quote yesterday and I laughed, but it seems so true! When you consider some of the fad diets out there – this may be the case. If they are effective for the long haul it is rare and if they do work initially …. can they be maintained for LIFE, without sacrificing overall health? That’s all for now. I don’t want to get too excited about it.
